Description of the object
Goose Island covers 225,000 sq m in the waters of the Bukhtarma Reservoir. It comprises four adjoining plots with separate cadastral numbers. Private ownership is registered to a Kazakhstan company. The land meets the water, and jetties can be built. The land category is agricultural. Division of the plot and its boundaries are documented.
The project is intended as a private resort, a glamping base, an ecotourism site or a closed club. The plots form one estate, so the infrastructure can serve sports, fishing, beach leisure, outdoor events and seasonal guest stays. Investment in new ecotourism formats remains possible. A sale through a corporate structure or a partnership is also possible.
The Bukhtarma Reservoir is the largest tourist site in East Kazakhstan, with an established resort infrastructure and a new transport bridge that makes the region easier to reach. Recreation bases, ecological tourism and family tourism are growing here. East Kazakhstan draws investors and developers because of its natural potential and state support for tourism.
